Common questions
Which mattress do I need?
It depends on the level of pressure injury risk. Foam mattresses suit lower risk. Alternating air mattresses suit higher risk or existing pressure injuries. Your nurse or OT will usually advise.
Will it work with my adjustable bed?
Many pressure care mattresses bend with an adjustable bed. We check the match before you buy.
Can a mattress be funded?
Often, yes. NDIS and Support at Home can both fund this kind of equipment, usually with advice from an occupational therapist. See funding your equipment.
