How hire works
1. Talk to us. Tell us what’s happening and what the person needs. We’ll recommend the right equipment and assess at home where it helps.
2. We prepare it. Every item is cleaned, sanitised and safety-checked before it leaves us.
3. We deliver and set up. We bring it to your home, fit it, and show you and any carers how to use it safely.
4. Use it for as long as you need. We’re on hand for questions and adjustments throughout the hire.
5. Decide what’s next. At the end, extend the hire, return it or buy it.
Hire periods
- Daily: minimum 3 days
- Weekly: 1 to 4 weeks
