Funding your equipment

Most of the equipment we supply is paid for, at least in part, by a funding scheme. The right scheme depends on your age, your situation and whether you’re a veteran. Here’s how each one works, and where we fit in.

Which scheme is right for you?

• NDIS: for people under 65 with a permanent and significant disability who have an NDIS plan.
• Support at Home: for older Australians assessed through My Aged Care. It replaced Home Care Packages from 1 November 2025.
• DVA: for veterans and eligible family members with a Veteran Gold Card or White Card.

How we help, whatever the funding

• We work alongside your occupational therapist or other health professional, or help you find one.
• We can arrange short-term hire so you know the equipment suits your home and routine before anyone commits.
• We prepare clear quotes that match what your funding body asks for.
• We deliver, set up and show you how to use the equipment safely.
• We service and repair what we supply.
